How PlayersMove Up
There is no trial to get in and no ability barrier to start. Progression is earned on the pitch, guided by our coaches at every step.
Start in Development
Every new player — whatever their experience — begins in the Development squads and learns the fundamentals of the LaLiga methodology from day one.
Continuous Assessment
Coaches track progress session by session through detailed player evaluation reports, identifying the right next step for each individual.
Invitation to Advanced
Players who show the level and commitment are invited into the Advanced squads for a higher training volume and competitive league football.
Scouted for High Performance
The standout talents are scouted into the High Performance Centre — and the very best earn LaLiga club trials in Spain.
