There are no trials to pass and no reputation to earn first — just a structured, encouraging environment where the fundamentals are built from day one and a genuine love for the game is allowed to grow.
From that foundation, the picture opens up. Coaches assess each player continuously, and those ready for more are guided into Advanced and, in time, the High Performance Centre. It is a pathway, not a ladder to be rushed — progress is earned at the player's own pace, with the next step always in view.
